charming base for exploring spoleto's amazing landmarks

During my stay, I appreciated the lovely courtyard where breakfast was served, and the proximity to the fun moving staircase that takes you right into the historic center easily, making city strolls and visits to attractions like the Roman Theatre just a short walk away. being a solo traveler, I found the friendly staff extra helpful during my explorations.

The classic double room was cozy, but the AC situation was frustrating at times.

the check-in staff acted like they were doing me a favor, not welcoming me at all. the refusal to allow early payment was quite astonishing, a real inconvenience. For such a place, i expected a complimentary gesture to ease my frustration. i mean, who wouldn’t? i almost wrote a glowing review but just couldn’t, really, i couldn’t.

This stay was fantastic! The staff was super helpful, and the breakfast options were delicious. I particularly enjoyed the beautifully maintained garden area where we had our morning coffee. The room was clean and spacious, making it a comfortable retreat after exploring. Plus, it was great to be close to the moving walkways!

Inconsistent air conditioning, difficulties with complex room numbering make navigation a hassle!!! Limited English proficiency among some staff can lead to frustrating communication experiences!!! Internet connectivity issues hamper convenience during your stay.

Oi, this place was a right gem! The courtyard's lush and perfect for brekkie, and the staff were lovely, even helped with me little one’s tantrum. But, gotta say, the room furniture was a bit of a hodgepodge. Still, we loved the giant double bed!

this hotel is such a gem! the comfy bed made for sweet dreams, and the breakfast was on point with everything fresh and tasty. loved the lovely garden where we chilled in the morning, and the staff are all super friendly, like family. also, the location is spot on, right by the moving stairs that take u to the old town. no hassle getting around!

Comfortable bed, quiet air con, excellent breakfast with freshly made coffee served by staff, making for a perfect night’s sleep and a delightful start to the day.

Just a solid selection for strolling around in Spoleto with exceptional value. The AC struggles were real, but after the desk staff realized I was about to lose it, they finally seemed to listen. Just make sure to ask for the AC to stay on if it gets too hot.

Hotel San Luca was such a delightful stay! The location is perfectly situated at the foot of the old town, making it easy to explore. The spacious triple room was beautifully decorated and had a wonderfully comfortable giant double bed. Breakfast was a real treat, with fresh cut fruits and baked goods that we couldn't resist. The staff went above and beyond, even assisting with our toddler, which was much appreciated!

The parking instructions were a bit tricky.
